The Power Of Manifestation – Rooted Woman

The Power Of Manifestation

Posted by on

Manifestation (n.): the embodiment of an intangible or variable thing; the event of coming into sight.

To manifest something means to bring your dreams into reality. It is a powerful tool that allows you to culminate your energy into something you desire. Maybe you've heard of the law of attraction - it's the same idea. We attract experiences and situations that are in the same realm as our thoughts and beliefs. You can manifest love, peace, joy, or money — it is all up to you and what you choose to focus on. Here are some ways to manifest what you want out of life.

Intention Journaling

Since things start with our minds and thoughts, intention journaling is a way to check yourself on actionable goals. Turn these goals into positive affirmations that you can exercise regularly. You can start by writing three things you want to accomplish in your day. This can help you manifest a new habit that will lead you onto the path you want your life to take.

Vision Boarding

Vision boarding helps you see a more vivid picture of what you want to manifest. You can be as creative as you want. Cut out quotes, inspiring photos, and words that go along with your affirmations or the energy you want to capture.

Practice Listening To Your Intuition And Higher Self

Practice going inward. What do you feel is your purpose in life? What do you truly want? What are your beliefs, and how are they helping to serve you? Meditation is a great way to find time and space to ask yourself these questions, and hear your highest self respond. Get in touch with your higher self will help you listen to your intuition — which is the key to recognizing and accepting what you want to manifest.

Manifesting your dreams is a powerful and fun process if you allow it to be. It deepens your understanding of yourself, your goals, dreams, the experiences you have, and the type of journey you want throughout life. As we bring 2020 to a close, what do you want to manifest for 2021?
