How to Get the Most Out of Rooted Woman University

Posted by on

We’re extremely excited about the launch of our new learning platform, Rooted Woman University. Since our humble beginnings, it has been our mission to make self-care more accessible for every woman. You’ll see that passion infused in every course you participate in and from each instructor you encounter.
Just like with our ethically sourced nail polish and treatments, we took our time with the details. We recruited the best experts, brainstormed the most relevant topics, and created a platform that's easy to navigate. It’s a place where you can take your cape off, get vulnerable, and finally explore all the curiosities you've been talking about.
Here are some ways you can make the most of Rooted Woman University.
#1: Pace Yourself
The goal of Rooted Woman University is emotional, physical, and mental growth. Those things take time. Show up to each course with your full self. Soak up knowledge at your own pace. There’s no pressure to finish fast — we only care that you finish whole.
#2: Keep An Open Mind
Our class topics will include everything from wellness advice to skill training — nothing is off-limits. Be open to exploring beyond what you think you want to know. You never know where an aha moment could happen.
#3: Engage
Learning is more fun and effective when you share the experience with others. Invite your girlfriends to join courses with you. Create engaging conversations around what you’re learning. Likewise, don’t be afraid to reach out to your instructors. Leave thoughtful comments and feedback so they know how they’re doing.
And with that, you can get started in Rooted Woman University as early as you want. Our first set of classes are open for enrollment now. Register today.
If you’re still deciding on a class to start with, that’s okay. In the meantime, you can sign up for a free account on the Rooted Woman University page. That way, you’ll get updates about new courses, special offers, and more, straight to your inbox.
